As we are constantly growing, we are looking for a Payroll \& HR Admin Junior Consultant to join our Outsourcing - HR \& Payroll team.

What will you do:

  • Updating information about employees in Payroll \& HR related software’s;
  • Updating the payroll \& HR files;
  • Introducing amounts into the electronic bank system of our customers for the payment of salaries and related social contributions and taxes;
  • Centralizes the annual leave and sick leave.

What we need from you for this job:

  • University degree;
  • Payroll, Labor legislation and human resources administration knowledge;
  • A minimum experience of 6 month in payroll \& personnel administration in a consultancy company is a an important advantage;
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, with emphasis on Excel);
  • Business oriented thinking and approach;
  • Work independently and take initiative;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Romanian and English;
  • Genuine desire to develop skills, motivation for professional development.
