About the Role
Aisling Group is looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer & Video Editor Executive to join our Marketing Department on-site.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual and video content for social media, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, events, and internal communications. You will support the company’s branding and marketing objectives through strong design, basic video editing, and creative execution.
The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, be comfortable creating digital and print assets, and be able to edit short-form video content for social media and marketing use.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, events, and internal communications
- Create digital and print materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, banners, presentation decks, and marketing collateral
- Design website banners, landing page visuals, email graphics, and other web-ready creative assets
- Edit basic video content for social media, marketing campaigns, internal communications, and event highlights
- Produce short-form videos for platforms such as Eurostaffs, Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels
- Add captions, titles, transitions, simple motion graphics, music, and basic sound adjustments to video content
- Assist with basic filming for events, interviews, internal activities, and promotional content when required
- Ensure all creative materials are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand creative requirements and deliver suitable visual solutions
- Manage multiple design and video tasks while meeting deadlines
- Organise and maintain design files, raw footage, project files, and completed creative assets
- Stay updated on design, video, social media, and digital content trends
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Media, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Prior experience in graphic design, multimedia design, video editing, content creation, or a related creative role
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms
- Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Able to design social media content, marketing materials, presentation visuals, and web-ready creative assets
- Basic understanding of video formats, captions, transitions, and social media content requirements
- Good sense of layout, typography, colour, branding, and visual storytelling
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and as part of the Marketing Department
- Portfolio showcasing design and/or video editing work is required
Nice to Have
- Photography or basic videography experience
- Experience creating content for Eurostaffs, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube Shorts
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation
- Experience designing digital ads, landing page visuals, or website banners
- Familiarity with corporate branding and B2B marketing content

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
