KNOW THE ROLE

Brown Thomas Arnotts is seeking an experienced and fashion-forward E-Commerce Studio Stylist to join our in-house digital studio team on a fixed-term contract.

Operating within a fast-paced, high-output production environment, you will be responsible for delivering elevated, commercially strong on-model styling that reflects each brand’s DNA while aligning with Brown Thomas Arnotts premium visual standards.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong creative instinct, efficiency, and attention to detail. You will report directly to the Head Stylist and Studio Manager and work closely with photographers, models, production, and the wider digital team to ensure consistent, high-quality e-commerce imagery.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Set Styling \& Execution

  • Execute daily womenswear, menswear \& still life looks for e-commerce shoots in line with brand guidelines and Brown Thomas Arnotts visual standards
  • Interpret styling briefs to create commercially relevant, aspirational looks that align with seasonal direction and current trends
  • Collaborate with photographers and models to ensure clean, consistent, and premium imagery across all categories
  • Provide confident on-set direction while maintaining efficiency and shoot flow
  • Engage in structured feedback sessions with the Head Stylist to review shoot output, refine styling approach, and ensure alignment with Brown Thomas Arnotts’ evolving visual direction

Garment Preparation \& Presentation

  • Ensure all garments are prepped, steamed, fitted, and styled to the highest standard prior to and during shoots
  • Maintain strong attention to detail regarding silhouette, proportion, fit, and brand identity
  • Identify and flag any garment issues (damage, fit concerns, inconsistencies) to the Styling or Production team

Trend \& Brand Awareness

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, seasonal collections, and evolving styling techniques
  • Adapt styling approach across a diverse portfolio of premium brands, ensuring authenticity to each label’s aesthetic
  • Contribute ideas to enhance visual output while maintaining consistency across the platform

Studio Operations \& Collaboration

  • Work efficiently to meet daily targets and production schedules within a high-volume studio environment
  • Support the Styling Lead in maintaining styling consistency and visual quality control
  • Collaborate positively with cross-functional teams including Production, Photography, Retouch, and Studio Operations
  • Contribute to maintaining an organised, professional, and high-performing studio environment KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in fashion styling or a related creative role

  • Experience within e-commerce or high-volume studio production is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, proportion, and brand positioning
  • Confident styling across both designer womenswear, menswear \& still life categories
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • A collaborative team player who can take direction while also contributing creative input
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and solutions-focused
