About the Role
Admit One is a software company creating operating systems for the Cinema and Entertainment industry.
We are looking for a creative, motivated Junior Designer to join our Product team and support design delivery across both Product and Marketing. This role is perfect for a recent graduate eager to develop their skills, work on real‑world projects, and grow under the mentorship of an experienced Lead Designer.
You’ll help produce visual assets, product UI components, website content, and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams and play a key role in improving our design capacity and output.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high‑quality design assets for Product and Marketing.
- Support UI/UX design tasks within the product roadmap.
- Help create graphics, layout updates, website visuals, and campaign assets.
- Contribute to maintaining brand consistency across all outputs.
- Work from briefs, follow structured workflows, and meet deadlines.
- Participate in design reviews and respond constructively to feedback.
- Assist in preparing prototypes, mock-ups, and design documentation.
- Collaborate with the Lead Designer to improve design processes.
- Gradually take ownership of specific BAU design tasks as skills develop.
Skills \& ExperienceEssential
- A portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, UX/UI Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX tools.
- Good eye for layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand alignment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn, take on feedback, and grow quickly.
Desirable
- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing.
- Understanding of user-centred design principles.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic familiarity only – not required).
- Experience with website CMS tools.
