The Data Analyst Executive will play a key role in improving the operational efficiency and business performance of C3X International Couriers LLC by closely monitoring operational and business data and providing accurate, timely, and insightful reports. The role involves analyzing shipment volumes, delivery success rates, courier productivity, customer service performance, sales trends, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational, sales, and performance data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and automated spreadsheets using formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and charts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas for operational improvement through data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various systems and reports.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management meetings.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Recommend process improvements through data-driven insights.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence. (Fresh graduates with exceptional Excel and analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is mandatory, including:
- Pivot Tables \& Pivot Charts
- XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
- INDEX-MATCH
- IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS
- Power Query
- Data Validation
- Conditional Formatting
- Dashboard creation and automation
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with high accuracy.
