About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Affiliate Manager to support the growth and day-to-day management of our Korean market. The role will focus on supporting existing affiliates / IBs, identifying and onboarding new partners, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth partner operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to existing Korean affiliates / IBs
- Assist with partner inquiries regarding accounts, commissions, promotions, products, and operational matters
- Share relevant company, product, and promotional updates with partners
- Follow up on partner requests and coordinate internally to ensure timely resolution
- Support the Business Development team in maintaining strong and active relationships with existing partners
- Identify and approach potential new Korean affiliates / IBs through online research, communities, social media, and other relevant channels
- Support initial communication and follow-ups with prospective partners
- Assist new affiliates / IBs throughout the registration and onboarding process
- Monitor affiliate / IB activities and report potential compliance issues or unusual activities
- Conduct regular checks of affiliate websites, communities, social media, and promotional content
About you
- Native-level Korean and good English communication skills, both spoken and written
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, affiliate marketing, account management, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized with good attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Comfortable communicating with external partners and coordinating with multiple internal teams
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Previous experience working with affiliates, influencers, online communities, or digital marketing (preferred)
- Familiarity with the Korean online ecosystem, including Naver, YouTube, Telegram, and other relevant communities or platforms (preferred)
