Job Summary
The Female Accountant \& Office Administrator will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations, financial documentation, coordination with clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Process payroll and employee expense
- Support VAT preparation and financial reporting
- Track payments, outstanding balances, and supplier schedules
- Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking
Office Administration Responsibilities
- Handle daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Organize company documents
- Communicate professionally with clients,
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official letters when required
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration
- Experience in UAE accounting procedures and VAT regulations
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with accounting software (Tally, or similar)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- High attention to detail and professionalism
