Jr. Site Supervisor

Location: Klang Valley (Johor travel required when assigned to projects)

Job Scope

– Assist the Senior Site Supervisor in coordinating daily site activities.

– Monitor and follow up on site work progress.

– Coordinate with contractors, workers and suppliers when required.

– Assist with basic site inspections and reporting.

– Ensure assigned site tasks are completed properly and on time.

– Assist with general site coordination and other duties as assigned.

– Travel to and work at different project sites when required.

– Learn and support the senior team in day-to-day site operations.

Requirements

– No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

– Diploma/Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building or a related field is an advantage.

– Willing to learn and be trained by the senior team.

– Willing to travel to and work at different project sites.

– Responsible, proactive and hardworking.

– Comfortable with hands-on site work.

– Good communication and coordination skills.

– Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

– Previous site experience is not required; attitude, learning ability and willingness to grow are more important.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Overtime may be required depending on project schedules.

Salary \& Benefits

– Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM3,800 (depending on experience)
