Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Law (LLB)
Experience
  • 2 to 4 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age 28 to 32 years

  • 2–4 years of experience in legal and land affairs (corporate/industrial sector preferred).

  • LLM or diploma in land management or property law is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Time to time liaison with various Govt. Non-Govt. and semi government organization.
  • Based on buyer’s convenience time fixed the shipment date. Ensure high level secrecy and privacy for all legal data is maintained for the company.
  • Time management maintain.
  • Assist to Company documentation Process.
  • Prepare various legal reports on the cases handled.
  • Advise the company’s management on the ways to avoid legal issues from arising.
  • Deal with lawyers and other law personnel to discuss about the case.
  • Review the legal matters of the company and work upon managing them efficiently.
  • Give advice on any litigation that may impact the trust.
  • Maintain updated land records, files, and digital documentation.
  • Support due diligence activities during land purchase, lease, or sale.
  • Assist in arranging land surveys, demarcation, and fencing as required
  • Perform other functions that maybe assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
