JOB VACANCY – FINISHING ENGINEER

We are looking for a Finishing Engineer to join our team and support our ongoing construction and real estate projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Good experience in interior and exterior finishing works.
• Experience in supervising and coordinating finishing works on site.
• Ability to manage and follow up with contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
• Good knowledge of drawings, specifications, and quantity take-offs.
• Strong attention to quality, details, and project deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in construction and real estate projects in Qatar is preferred.

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية أو معمارية.
• خبرة جيدة في أعمال التشطيبات الداخلية والخارجية.
• خبرة في متابعة وتنفيذ أعمال التشطيبات بالمشاريع.
• القدرة على متابعة المقاولين والعمال والتأكد من جودة التنفيذ.
• معرفة بالمخططات والمواصفات الفنية وحصر الكميات.
• الالتزام بالمواعيد والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
• يفضل من لديه خبرة في مشاريع العقارات والإنشاءات في قطر.
