Senior Jet Ski Mechanic \& Water Sports Operator

Position Summary

The Senior Jet Ski Mechanic \& Water Sports Operator is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all personal watercraft, boats, and marine equipment while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role combines advanced marine mechanical expertise with operational excellence, ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical \& Technical Duties

• Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, servicing, and major repairs on Sea-Doo, Yamaha, Kawasaki, and other personal watercraft.
• Troubleshoot and repair four-stroke engines, supercharged engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, electrical systems, steering, and braking mechanisms.
• Maintain and repair jet pumps, impellers, wear rings, driveshafts, batteries, wiring, and electronic control systems.
• Conduct pre-opening and end-of-day inspections of all jet skis, boats, and marine equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service schedules, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate warranty claims and liaise with manufacturers or authorised service centres when required.
• Ensure all equipment complies with local maritime regulations and company safety standards.
• Recommend equipment upgrades and replacement plans to maximise fleet reliability.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
