MedArt Hair Clinic is looking for an Italian and English Speaking Medical Interpreter / Patient Coordinator to join our team at our clinic located in Şişli, Istanbul.

The main purpose of this position is to support our international hair transplant patients throughout their clinical journey and to ensure clear, accurate, and professional communication between patients and our medical team.

This is not a sales position. The role does not include sales responsibilities, customer acquisition, or sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpretation support for Italian- and English-speaking patients throughout their time at the clinic
• Ensure clear and accurate communication between patients, doctors, nurses, and the medical operation team
• Assist with interpretation during consultations, pre-operative preparations, and post-operative information sessions
• Communicate patients’ questions, requests, and concerns to the relevant departments
• Translate medical information provided by the clinical team in a clear and understandable manner
• Support patients during their clinic journey and assist them when needed
• Provide communication support regarding hotel, transfer, and operation planning when required
• Contribute to patient satisfaction before and after the procedure
• Assist with the proper follow-up of patient records and communication details

Qualifications

• Advanced spoken communication skills in Italian and English
• Ability to communicate in Turkish is preferred
• Previous experience in interpreting, patient coordination, medical tourism, or health tourism is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, patient-oriented, and professional attitude
• Ability to remain calm, attentive, and solution-focused in a fast-paced working environment
• Strong awareness of patient confidentiality and professional communication standards
• Responsible and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience in hair transplantation, aesthetics, or medical tourism is an advantage
