IT Team leader

**We’re Hiring: Technical Team Lead / Software Engineering Team Lead**

**Language Requirement: Arabic \& English**

Candidates must be able to **communicate professionally in both Arabic and English**. Arabic communication skills are an essential requirement for this position.

**Position: Full-Time**

We are looking for an experienced **Technical Team Lead / Software Engineering Team Lead** to lead our software development team and oversee the development of **mobile applications, websites, dashboards, and enterprise systems**.

We are looking for someone who is not only an experienced developer, but also a strong technical leader who can manage developers, make technical decisions, design software architecture, review code, and take responsibility for projects from planning through deployment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage the software development team
• Manage developers working on mobile apps, websites, backend systems, APIs, and dashboards
• Design scalable software architectures and technical solutions
• Convert business requirements into clear technical plans
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to developers
• Estimate development timelines and monitor project progress
• Review source code and maintain high coding standards
• Identify technical problems and provide solutions
• Mentor and support developers when facing complex technical challenges
• Make technical decisions regarding frameworks, programming languages, databases, infrastructure, and architecture
• Review and improve existing projects and legacy code
• Manage Git/GitHub workflows and development environments
• Oversee testing, deployment, servers, and production environments
• Ensure security, performance, scalability, and maintainability of all systems
• Coordinate between management, developers, designers, and other project stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered according to the required quality and timeline

**Required Technical Knowledge:**

The candidate should have strong software development fundamentals and the ability to understand and work across different technology stacks.

**Backend Development:**

Node.js, PHP/Laravel, .NET, Java, Python or similar technologies

**Frontend Development:**

React, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular or similar frameworks

**Mobile Development:**

Flutter and/or React Native

**Databases:**

MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL, NoSQL and Database Design

**Experience Requirements:**

• 6+ years of professional software development experience preferred
• Previous experience leading a software development team
• Strong hands-on programming background
• Strong knowledge of Software Architecture and System Design
• Experience managing multiple software projects simultaneously
• Ability to understand different programming languages and technology stacks
• Ability to review developers’ code and identify technical issues
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to communicate professionally in **Arabic and English**
