We are looking for an experienced System Administrator (IT) to manage and maintain the company’s IT systems, network infrastructure, hardware, software, and user support.
The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience in system administration, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, computers, and other IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to employees.
- Install, configure, maintain, and update hardware and software.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
- Monitor network and system performance and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain system backups and assist with data recovery when required.
- Support IT security, antivirus, access control, and related systems.
- Maintain IT assets, equipment, licenses, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot internet, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, hardware, and software issues.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
- Provide IT support to company branches/locations when necessary.
- Ensure IT systems remain secure, reliable, and operational.
- Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
- Strong understanding of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory will be an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to provide on-site support when required.
