About the Role

The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to employees and users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. The role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive end-user experience.

The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
  • Support Windows, Microsoft 365, and business applications
  • Respond to help desk tickets and service requests
  • Set up user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  • Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues
  • Maintain IT equipment and inventory records
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Perform system updates, patches, and maintenance
  • Assist with cybersecurity and data protection practices
  • Document support activities and technical solutions
  • Support printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
  • Train users on basic IT processes and best practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services
