IT Support Engineer

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of SQL Server and SQL queries.
• Basic understanding of Windows Server and application deployment.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP/HTTPS, and web services.
• Understanding of file-based integrations such as CSV, TXT, Excel, SFTP, etc.
• Experience troubleshooting application logs and Windows services.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
• Good understanding of software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar systems will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of RFID, barcode, Android devices.

Education \& Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• 2–4 years of experience in software/application support or a similar technical support role.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and customer-facing software is preferred
