Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, security, and support for business-critical systems. The ideal candidate will handle system administration, technical support, network management, user management, security, maintenance, and documentation. Knowledge of server management and IT security is a plus. You will play a key role in installing/configuring hardware/software/networks, troubleshooting issues, and explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, networks, operating systems, security tools, applications, laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers (including Bluetooth printers), phones, and related IT infrastructure.
- Perform server administration tasks, such as user/group management, security permissions, group policies, and print services.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues and outages, and resolve problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of IT infrastructure through proactive maintenance and best practices.
- Manage users, including onboarding/offboarding, access controls, and permissions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
Handle business-critical IT tasks and communicate technical concepts clearly to inexperienced users.

- Proven ability to maintain IT infrastructure, including OS, hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with user management, security protocols, and basic server administration.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of server management (e.g., Windows Server).
- Expertise in IT security practices, tools, and compliance.
