IT Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, provide technical support to employees, and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and maintain company networks, internet connections, and Wi-Fi systems.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and business applications.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the security of IT systems and company data.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, email accounts, and passwords.
• Perform regular data backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain IT inventory, software licenses, and records of IT equipment.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and company procedures.
• Support employees in resolving technical issues and provide guidance on IT systems and applications.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support and systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware.
• Good understanding of networking, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, antivirus solutions, data backup, and system troubleshooting.
• Experience with printers, email systems, and user account management.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT support requests.
• Good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple departments or company branches.
• Knowledge of server administration, CCTV systems, and access control systems.
• Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications, or equivalent.
