We’re looking for a customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our 24/7 European IT Service Desk, providing first-class technical support across Pilgrim’s Europe.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide IT support for incidents and service requests via phone, email and self-service channels
  • Manage and prioritise tickets to meet agreed service levels
  • Resolve issues at first point of contact wherever possible
  • Maintain accurate ticket updates and knowledge base content

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in an IT support or customer service role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive, flexible and collaborative attitude
  • IT qualifications or ITIL experience (desirable)
