Job Description
- Process user access requests, modifications, and de-provisioning activities through ticketing systems.
- Manage user account administration across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.
- Review, validate, and fulfil access requests in accordance with approved procedures and security policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user access-related issues via email, phone, and ticketing platforms.
- Ensure ServiceNow incidents and service requests are completed within agreed SLA timelines.
- Support user onboarding, role changes, and offboarding activities.
- Participate in access recertification and audit support activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of access administration activities.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant support teams when required.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the IAM operations environment.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in IAM Operations, Access Administration, Service Desk, or User Account Administration.
- Experience managing user accounts and permissions within Active Directory.
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with identity and access management processes.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and user access requests.
- Good understanding of SLA-driven support environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume ticket processing.
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
