Role Overview

The IT Project Director will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise IT projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Project leadership: Direct and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Strategic planning: Define project roadmaps and align them with business priorities.
• Technology integration: Oversee implementation of new systems and digital platforms.
• Risk management: Identify risks and establish mitigation strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder management: Collaborate with executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Team leadership: Mentor project managers and technical staff to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Project Director or senior IT leadership role.
• Strong expertise in enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms, and digital transformation.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
