IT Project Coordinator / Software Delivery Coordinator
Job Description

Project Coordination \& Delivery

  • Coordinate and monitor multiple software projects simultaneously.
  • Act as the main communication channel between clients and the development team.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and scope.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings and weekly review meetings.

Client Communication

  • Schedule and conduct regular client status meetings.
  • Gather requirements, clarifications, and feedback from clients.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, delays, and action items.
  • Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation \& Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain:
  • Project plans
  • Meeting minutes
  • Functional specifications
  • User stories
  • Change requests
  • Project status reports
  • Ensure all project documentation is updated and centrally maintained.

Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and third-party vendors.
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure timely execution.
  • Escalate blockers to management when required.

Quality \& Governance

  • Ensure UAT is properly planned and executed.
  • Track bugs and change requests.
  • Ensure proper project closure and handover.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience managing software development projects.
  • Experience in ERP, CRM, Web, and Mobile Application projects.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience using project management tools such as:
  • Jira
  • ClickUp
  • Trello
  • Asana
  • Zoho Projects
  • Microsoft Project

Technical Knowledge

Good understanding of:

  • Web applications
  • Mobile applications
  • APIs and integrations
  • ERP systems
  • CRM systems
  • Cloud technologies
  • Software testing lifecycle

Skills Required

  • Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in software companies.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
  • Experience with Zoho ecosystem will be an added advantage.

KPI Expectations

  • 95% on-time project delivery.
  • Zero uncontrolled scope creep.
  • Weekly status reports for all active projects.
  • Client satisfaction score above 8/10.
  • Timely escalation of project risks.

Pay: BD250.000 - BD300.000 per month

Experience:

  • Project Cordinator: 2 years (Preferred)
