IT Monitoring Administrator

Workplace: Porto (Hybrid)

Role:

• Administration of monitoring tools and systems;
• Management and maintenance of infrastructure;
• Implementation of CI/CD processes;
• Diagnosis and resolution of incidents involving infrastructure, applications, and monitoring systems;
• Provision of technical support for infrastructure, applications, and users;
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of monitoring and automation processes.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field;
• At least 2 years of professional experience with Zabbix or other monitoring tools;
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, ELK Stack, AppDynamics, or New Relic;
• Knowledge of databases, preferably MySQL;
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD, Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible;
• Zabbix certification is a plus;
• Knowledge of Ansible is a plus;
• Knowledge of containerization with Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift is a plus;
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud) is a plus;
• Experience in Windows and Linux system administration is a plus;
• Fluency in English;
• Knowledge of French is a plus;
• Strong communication skills;
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Independence, team spirit, and adaptability;
• A desire to continuously learn and grow.
