We are looking for an IT Manager who can oversee our internal systems, support business users, and make sure our technology setup runs smoothly across departments.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both technical operations and practical business needs. You will manage IT support, coordinate system improvements, handle vendors, and help ensure that employees have the right tools to work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations: Manage day to day IT support, including computers, printers, networks, software access, email accounts, and business applications.

System Administration: Monitor and maintain company systems, user accounts, backups, security settings, and access permissions.

Technical Support: Provide timely support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Vendor Coordination: Work with internet providers, software vendors, hardware suppliers, and external IT service providers when needed.

Cybersecurity: Help maintain basic security practices, including antivirus protection, password policies, data backup, and safe system access.

IT Documentation: Keep records of IT assets, licenses, support requests, system changes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Process Improvement: Recommend practical improvements to reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and support business operations.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 4 plus years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordination role.

Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Windows systems, Microsoft 365, basic networking, routers, printers, email setup, user access management, and troubleshooting.

Problem Solving: Able to diagnose technical issues clearly and provide practical solutions without unnecessary delays.

Communication: Comfortable supporting non technical employees and explaining IT solutions in a simple and professional way.

Organization: Able to manage multiple requests, prioritize urgent issues, and keep proper records of IT assets and tasks.

Language Skills: English communication skills are required. Arabic is an advantage but not required.

Mindset: Reliable, hands on, calm under pressure, and focused on keeping business operations running smoothly.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
