IT Integration Manager (f/m/d)

As an IT Integration Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the smooth implementation of software and IT functionality as part of Element Logic’s warehouse solutions. In this role, you will advise our customers on IT and software issues during the sales phase, ensure the project-specific design of the IT architecture, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure a seamless go-live.

In addition, you can expect the following responsibilities and areas of focus:

Your Responsibilities

• Creating and monitoring the IT project schedule
• Serving as the point of contact for all IT-related matters throughout the project (Sales and Delivery)
• Drafting functional specifications for the project and clarifying interfaces with the parties involved (internal and external)
• Working closely with the specialist for the subordinate control system (PLC)
• Planning and conducting internal test runs and on-site commissioning
• Preparing the associated documentation and operating instructions
• Conducting the FAT and on-site commissioning, as well as preparing and handing over the project to the support department

Your Profile

You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification and, ideally, have more than five years of relevant professional experience. You combine strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and action with a willingness to travel throughout Europe and understand that success is only possible as part of a team.

In addition, you possess the following qualifications:

• Customer- and solution-oriented with strong consulting and project management skills (project management certification preferred).
• Extensive experience in intralogistics with a focus on material flow, warehouse design, and process optimization.
• Proficient in the implementation of WMS/WCS systems and automated warehouse and order-picking technologies.
• Knowledge of software installation, configuration, and testing, as well as software development, ideally in C#.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure (networks, servers, etc.).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively analyze and resolve customer issues.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and achieve common goals.
• Very good English skills (C1+)
