About the Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting end users, and continuously learning new technologies. Working alongside the IT Lead, you'll provide day-to-day technical support while gaining exposure to system administration, cybersecurity, Microsoft technologies, automation, AI tools, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to users in person, by phone, email, and through the ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and network-related issues.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows and macOS devices.
  • Support user account administration through Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
  • Assist with endpoint management, software deployments, updates, and device compliance.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives, including phishing response, endpoint protection, and security monitoring.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and ticket records.
  • Assist with networking, meeting room technology, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Participate in IT projects involving automation, AI tools, reporting, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Occasionally travel to project sites or satellite offices to provide technical support.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and endpoint management.
  • Microsoft certifications are considered an asset.
  • Interest in cybersecurity, automation, AI technologies, and continuous learning.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Compensation \& Benefits

The estimated annual base salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 as of the posting date. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training.

Please note that this range reflects base pay only and does not include the competitive bonus program or the comprehensive benefits package offered by RAM Consulting.
