IT Administrator (m/f/d)

We are are seeking a for an IT Administrator to join our team and help keep our infrastructure secure, reliable and running smoothly.
This is a full-time position (on-site/hybrid) based in Würselen, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Providing IT support for employees and resolving hardware and software issues
• Setting up, maintaining and upgrading workstations and peripherals
• Installing and configuring operating systems, drivers and applications
• Administration and maintenance of our company network and IT infrastructure
• Managing user accounts, permissions and access rights
• Monitoring and troubleshooting IT systems and services
• Supporting backups, updates and security measures
• Maintaining and documenting IT systems and procedures
• Coordinating with external IT service providers where required

Your profile:

• Experience in IT administration or a comparable IT role
• Good practical understanding of PC hardware, Windows systems and common office software
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows-based environments
• Basic knowledge of networking, VPNs and firewalls
• Structured and independent approach to problem-solving
• Good German and English communication skills
• Experience with Linux, virtualization, databases or scripting is an advantage, but not required
