The E2E Capacity team within EU Trans S\&OP organization is looking for a customer focused, analytically and technically skilled Inventory Planner/Program Manager to join our team. Within this role, you will be responsible for driving change and improvements across the organization whilst always thinking about the bigger picture. You are pioneering new ways of thinking to deliver our mission for optimized customer speed and delivery accuracy, at the planned cost. Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, you will continuously be scoping out new solutions for ambiguous challenges. You will conduct your own research and analysis, always with an eye on the long-term vision of the business and the maximization of our customer experience. Key job responsibilities
A day in the life
You will drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programs. You will be a key cog in the central team that coordinates EU Trans Capacity availability and gap closure actions during the planning and execution phases of High Volume Events, such as Prime Week and Black Friday. You will build a plan, iterate, execute, form lessons learned to improve, and then apply those learning's to optimize processes for the future. You will communicate and attain buy-in for said plans from Senior Leadership.
About the team
The team specializes in End-to-End transport and supply chain optimization. The team has a Program Management and Analytics lean to drive excellence in outbound operations planning. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
