Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations, stock accuracy, warehouse coordination, and inventory control. Candidates with FMCG, retail, supermarket, or distribution experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor overall inventory and stock control activities.
• Maintain accurate stock levels across warehouses and retail locations.
• Monitor stock movements, receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Identify and control slow-moving, excess, damaged, and expired stock.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
• Monitor stock availability and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
• Analyze inventory reports and investigate stock variances.
• Implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize losses and wastage.
• Ensure proper product storage, organization, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Prepare regular inventory reports for management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Inventory Management / Stock Control.
• FMCG, Retail, Supermarket, Wholesale, or Distribution experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Experience with ERP/inventory management systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and large SKU volumes.
• UAE experience is preferred.
