Internship - Service Repair

Intern Modules:

1. In-House Repair and Maintenance

a) Help to perform repairs on malfunctioning equipment or systems, including the replacement of defective parts.

b) Assist for test repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality.

c) Assist in conduct repair and comprehensive testing on refurbished products to meet performance standards.

d) Assist to maintain detailed records of the refurbishment process, including parts replaced, repairs made, and testing outcomes.

e) Assist to generate reports on the condition of refurbished products.

f) Assist to meet daily and monthly KPIs on repair job quantity, speed, and quality.

g) Cannibalize useful spare parts from defect sets for further usage.

2. Product Inspection and Grading

a) Help to inspect returned sets (from dealers or transporters) or damaged sets (from logistics handling) stored in the warehouse.

b) Assist in grade inspected goods based on damage level to determine whether they can be sold, classified as second-grade products, or need disposal.

c) Assist in support the logistics department in maintaining healthy warehouse storage by preventing clogging due to returned goods.

3. Service Job Coordination

a) Assist to transfer and create service jobs requested by customers in Cocoro Apps, ensuring no jobs are neglected.

b) Help to monitor job progress and follow up to ensure timely service completion

Intern Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor/ Diploma of Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or equivalent.
• TVET background in Aircond and Refrigerator will added as advantages.
• Internship period: Minimum 3 months and above
• Possess own transportation (if applicable)
• Internship must meet university or professional training requirements (if applicable)
• Communication skills – ability to interact professionally with employees, managers, and candidates.
• Teamwork – work collaboratively with team and other departments.
• Confidentiality \& ethics – handle sensitive employee information responsibly.
• Problem-solving \& adaptability – assist with Service Excellent issues or unexpected tasks efficiently

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
