Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Hybrid Customer Journey Architect IGP, you will play a vital role in driving marketing excellence by supporting the definition, orchestration, and optimization of customer journeys in a B2B environment. You will develop, document, and scale omnichannel marketing journeys across digital channels, including Email, Search Engine Advertising (SEA), and Web personalization—while collaborating closely with divisional marketing teams and stakeholders to enable advanced personalization options and deliver seamless customer experiences.

Your program consists of the following elements:

• Design and map insight-driven omnichannel journey concepts based on customer needs and business priorities
• Collaborate with business and marketing partners to define journey objectives, segmentation strategies, and personalization requirements for various customer personas
• Translate customer insights and real-world data into updated journey flows, logic, and experience design elements
• Build and deploy journeys at scale within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or coordinate execution with omnichannel activation teams
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks, monitor performance, and drive optimization through A/B or multivariate testing
• Capture and document functional and data requirements to support continuous platform improvements and advanced personalization capabilities
• Support the creation, optimization, and review of Email and SEA marketing campaigns, ensuring best practices and platform familiarity
• Participate in international assignments to gain global and cross-functional perspectives and expand your professional network
• Focus on the creation of Campaigns and Journeys in existing Marketing Automation Platforms, A/B testing and personalization of web experiences, end-to-end campaign management, and supporting the transition of marketing platforms (e.g., Eloqua to SFDC)
• Engage in ongoing learning and development, including attending IGP conferences and working with experienced mentors and assignment buddies

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Motivated by curiosity and eager to learn about new marketing technologies and strategies
• Passionate about driving change and testing new use cases, always seeking to improve customer and stakeholder experiences
• Enjoy working in diverse, international teams and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven marketing optimization
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence presenting concepts to managers and colleagues
• Experience with journey mapping, marketing automation, and omnichannel execution (ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus
• Understanding email, SEA, and web personalization best practices
• Willingness and enthusiasm for completing international assignments as part of your rotation
