International A2P Messaging Sales Manager

• Understand local telecom SMS policies, pricing, and regulations; support product positioning.
• Develop and manage enterprise clients for international SMS/A2P services; drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with telecom operators, aggregators, and strategic partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to identify business opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, contracting, and account management.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure payment collection and credit control.
• Work with internal teams (product, tech, operations, compliance) to deliver client solutions.

1. Associate degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Marketing, or related fields.

2. Minimum 1 year of sales experience in international SMS or internet/telecom operator-related industries, with a solid understanding of international SMS business and a proven client network.

3. Proficient in English communication skills.

4. Strong coordination and communication abilities, self-motivated, team-oriented, quick learner, and results-driven.

5. Diligent, conscientious, proactive, independent, and capable of working under pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields.
• 1+ year experience in SMS, A2P, telecom, CPaaS, or related industries.
• Familiar with international messaging business; existing industry network preferred.
• Strong English communication; local language proficiency required.
• Excellent negotiation, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Able to handle pressure and manage multiple accounts.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
