Job Description

As a Marketing \& Sales Intern, you won't be fetching coffee or making copies, you’ll be right in the trenches of agency life. This role is a hands-on learning runway designed to give you a 360-degree view of how high-level digital marketing strategies are built, pitched, and executed.

You will work closely with our strategy and sales teams to discover new market opportunities, assist in crafting compelling client proposals, and help maintain brilliant relationships with our local and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research \& Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential corporate clients, SMEs, and emerging brands in Qatar that could benefit from digital transformation.
  • Monitor local market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to help our team stay ahead of the curve.

2. Pitch \& Proposal Support

  • Assist in brainstorming creative concepts, visual directions, and strategic angles for client proposals.
  • Help prepare data-driven pitch decks and presentations for prospective clients across various industries (including automotive, retail, and F\&B).

3. Sales Coordination \& Client Relations

  • Support the pipeline management by tracking leads, scheduling introductory calls, and updating internal client logs.
  • Learn to draft clear project scopes, briefs, and service packages based on client needs.

4. Interdisciplinary Collaboration

  • Liaise with our internal teams—including Social Media Specialists, SEO experts, and creators—to understand campaign execution and ensure sales promises align perfectly with our creative capacity.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Recent graduates or final-year students in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • The Right Mindset: A strong passion for digital marketing, social media trends, and the mechanics of modern sales.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a huge bonus for the Qatar market).
  • Tools: Familiarity with basic presentation tools (Google Slides/PowerPoint). Exposure to Canva or basic CRM tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Attributes: Energetic, self-motivated, organized, and a proactive problem-solver who isn't afraid to share fresh ideas.
