Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Administration Intern to support daily administrative and operational functions within the organization. This internship offers valuable exposure to office management, business operations, coordination, reporting, and corporate administration in a professional working environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative and office operations
  • Support documentation, filing, and record management
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and business correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications
  • Assist in data entry and maintaining company databases
  • Support procurement and inventory tracking processes
  • Help monitor operational workflows and administrative procedures
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors when necessary
  • Assist HR, finance, or operations teams with administrative tasks
  • Perform general office duties and ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:

-Business Administration

-Management

-Office Administration

-Human Resource Management

-Finance

-Related fields

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of office administration procedures
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Experience handling administrative tasks is an advantage
