Intern Automotive Mechanic

KHASIAT JATI SDN BHD is a 3S automotive company based in Ulu Kelang, Selangor, involved in vehicle sales, servicing, repair and imported vehicle business.

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Automotive Mechanic Intern to join our workshop team. This internship provides students with hands-on exposure to real-world automotive servicing and repair, under the guidance of experienced mechanics and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist mechanics and technicians in daily vehicle servicing and repair activities.
• Assist with routine maintenance such as engine oil changes, brake servicing and basic vehicle inspections.
• Learn to identify and understand various automotive components and vehicle systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting and basic diagnosis of vehicle problems.
• Assist with workshop tools, equipment and maintenance activities.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper organisation of the workshop.
• Follow instructions, safety procedures and workshop standards.
• Participate in practical tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Interested in automotive servicing, repair and maintenance.
• Willing to learn and gain hands-on practical experience.
• Responsible, punctual and disciplined.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good attitude and willingness to follow instructions.
• Students who require industrial training / internship placement are encouraged to apply.
