INTERIOR DESIGNER

Job Description

• ⁠ ⁠Meet clients to understand their renovation needs, preferences and budget.
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare interior design concepts, space planning and layout drawings.
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare 2D drawings, 3D drawings and design presentations.
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare renovation quotations and material selections.
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and site workers.
• ⁠ ⁠Conduct site measurements and site inspections.
• ⁠ ⁠Monitor project progress and ensure work is carried out according to the approved design.
• ⁠ ⁠Handle project follow-up from design stage to completion.
• ⁠ ⁠Any other duties related to interior design and renovation projects.

Requirements

• ⁠ ⁠Diploma / Certificate in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• ⁠ ⁠Experience in interior design / renovation is preferred.
• ⁠ ⁠Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Enscape or other design software.
• ⁠ ⁠Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• ⁠ ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• ⁠ ⁠Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
• ⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of renovation materials and construction processes will be an advantage.
• ⁠ ⁠Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
