We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to manage interior design projects from concept through site execution. The company’s new head office will be the role’s initial pilot project.
The successful candidate will combine creative design skills with strong technical knowledge of fit-out works, joinery, gypsum systems, reflected ceiling plans, and MEP coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, space plans, colour palettes, FF\&E selections, and material boards.
- Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, 3D renderings, and technical documentation.
- Produce and coordinate reflected ceiling plans covering lighting, HVAC, fire-fighting systems, speakers, and other services.
- Prepare joinery and gypsum shop drawings for internal and external projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Review subcontractor drawings and ensure they comply with approved designs.
- Resolve drawing discrepancies and site issues while maintaining the original design intent.
- Revise layouts, elevations, and perspectives based on client feedback.
- Source materials, obtain competitive prices, negotiate with suppliers, and follow up on deliveries.
- Attend coordination meetings and follow up on submissions, approvals, and action items.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Four to six years of relevant interior design experience.
- UAE experience within a fit-out or contracting company is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max or SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum works, RCPs, and MEP-integrated ceiling design.
- Ability to produce accurate technical and shop drawings.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
