Key Responsibilities

Design Development: Create innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and design presentations that align with client objectives.

Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, specifications, and design documentation using industry-standard software.

Material \& Furniture Selection: Source finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, fabrics, and accessories while balancing design, functionality, and budget requirements.

Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to understand their vision, present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and maintain strong professional relationships throughout each project.

Project Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, contractors, architects, and project teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and delivered on schedule.

Site Visits: Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress, resolve design-related issues, and maintain quality standards throughout installation.

What We're Looking For

Experience: Previous experience as an Interior Designer with a portfolio demonstrating residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization software, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design applications.

Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, material selection, lighting, color coordination, and interior detailing.

Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently communicate design ideas to clients and project teams.

Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Mindset: Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences through thoughtful design.

Pay: BD500.000 - BD600.000 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manama
