Are you a highly organised administrator with strong attention to detail and an interest in insurance, finance, or employee benefits administration?
NES Fircroft is looking for an Insurance Administrator to join our Kuala Lumpur team, supporting the day-to-day administration of global and local insurance programs across the APAC region.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a global organisation and play a key role in ensuring smooth insurance operations, supporting employees and contractors across multiple countries with accurate, timely, and professional assistance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate Insurance Enrolments \& Offboarding – Manage the onboarding and termination of members under local medical insurance policies across APAC, ensuring records are accurate and updated in a timely manner.
- Provide Insurance Support to Stakeholders – Respond to insurance-related queries from staff and contractors, providing clear guidance on policy coverage, enrolment processes, and claims-related matters.
- Review Invoices \& Support Reconciliations – Review renewal and adjustment invoices against active member lists, coordinate timely payments, and conduct monthly reconciliations to ensure policy records remain accurate.
- Maintain Insurance Records \& Documentation – Organise and maintain policy documents, invoices, claims reports, and insurance records within a structured and accessible filing system.
- Support Reporting \& Claims Administration – Assist with monthly reporting activities, including high-value claims reporting where required, while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Collaborate Across Teams \& External Partners – Liaise with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to support the smooth administration of insurance programs across the region.
- Provide General Administrative Support – Assist the broader insurance team with ad hoc administrative tasks and process coordination as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Experience within insurance, finance, HR administration, or related fields would be advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and methodical in approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and respond in a timely manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and support others
