As the Inside Sales Representative/ Traffic Coordinator will play crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. Primary focus will be on client relationship management and remote sales. You will work closely with our General Manager of Projects and Customer Experience and collaborate with other inside and outside team members to meet and exceed sales goals.

What you will be responsible for:

Client Relationship Management

  • Work in alignment with sales targets set by the Regional Sales Manager to achieve and exceed them consistently
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services, maximizing revenue from each customer interactions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all external client interactions, ensuring superior account management
  • Forge enduring relationships with clients at all levels, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to meet their evolving needs.
  • Initiate outgoing calls to generate new business by maintaining regular contact with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.

Quotes \& Ordering Process

  • Issuing customer quotes to our clients with accurate pricing and comprehensive information about our products and services
  • Accurately and promptly input sales orders into our computer system, ensuring seamless transactions for our customers

Customer Growth \& Analysis

  • Focus on expanding our business within the existing customer base and leads by providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities for additional sales
  • Analyze existing customer profiles to identify and focus sales efforts on areas with the greatest growth potential

CRM Utilization

  • Effectively utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other tools to organize, track, measure, and monitor sales performance against budget targets across all accounts.
  • Maintain diligent record-keeping by ensuring that all inbound and outbound leads, customer interactions, and relevant information are consistently and accurately logged into the CRM system.

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally 2+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Demonstrated history of delivering customer-centric solutions to meet client needs.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in identifying, researching, and qualifying potential leads or prospects within a target market
  • Effectively address objections, managing negotiations to close deals and convert opportunities into actual sales
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a dedication to achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Where/When you will be working:

  • Typical office environment with standard working hours of Monday to Friday from approximately 8:30-5:00pm.
  • Visiting various satellite office locations in the lower mainland is required.
