Ingegnere Civile Strutturista

We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer with strong expertise in advanced Finite Element Modelling (FEM) to join our team and work on challenging structural, infrastructure and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and assess advanced FEM models for complex structural systems
• Perform nonlinear, dynamic, seismic and static analyses
• Design and assess steel and reinforced concrete structures
• Evaluate existing structures and infrastructure
• Define appropriate modelling strategies, assumptions and boundary conditions
• Critically interpret numerical results and translate them into practical engineering solutions
• Prepare technical reports and structural calculations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams

Candidate Profile

• MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Strong background in structural mechanics and FEM
• Proven experience with advanced structural analysis software
• Experience with nonlinear and/or dynamic analysis
• Ability to independently tackle complex structural engineering problems
• Good command of English
• Analytical mindset and strong technical judgement

Experience with infrastructure, industrial facilities, seismic engineering and complex structural assessment will be considered a strong advantage.

We are looking for an engineer who goes beyond simply using analysis software: someone who can understand structural behaviour, build reliable numerical models and turn complex analysis results into sound engineering decisions.

Working arrangement: Hybrid (Rome; min 6 days per month)
Salary: €3,500–€5,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise

Retribuzione: €3.500,00 - €5.500,00 al mese
