Infrastructure Solution Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solution Architect to lead the design and architecture of enterprise Data Center Migration and Infrastructure Transformation projects for a leading multinational client. This role is ideal for infrastructure architects with strong expertise in migration strategy, solution design, virtualization, cloud migration, and enterprise infrastructure modernization.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical specialists to design scalable, secure, and efficient migration solutions while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions for enterprise Data Center Migration projects.
• Develop migration strategies for data center relocation, consolidation, and cloud migration initiatives.
• Design infrastructure solutions for transition, transformation, and modernization projects.
• Assess existing infrastructure landscapes and recommend target-state architectures.
• Design migration approaches for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Provide technical leadership throughout migration planning, design, and implementation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, cloud, and application teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Evaluate migration tools, technologies, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency.
• Ensure solutions align with security, availability, scalability, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity requirements.
• Prepare technical architecture documents, migration roadmaps, and solution proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in Infrastructure Architecture, Data Center Migration, or Enterprise Infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience designing Data Center Migration strategies, including relocation, consolidation, and cloud migration.
• Proven experience designing solutions for infrastructure transition and transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as:
• VMware
• Hyper-V
• Experience with on-premises migration tools and migration methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud migration tools such as:
• Azure Migrate
• AWS Migration Hub
• Strong understanding of:
• Networking
• DNS
• Firewalls
• Load Balancers
• Security Architecture
• Experience designing hybrid cloud and enterprise infrastructure solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and solution design skills.
