Income Audit

• Audit and verify daily sales transactions from all restaurant outlets, bars, retail stores, and other revenue-generating departments.
• Reconcile Point of Sale (POS) transactions with payment methods including cash, credit cards, bank transfers, vouchers, and digital payments.
• Verify discounts, promotions, complimentary items, voids, refunds, and staff meals for proper authorization.
• Reconcile daily revenue with POS reports, cash reports, and financial systems.
• Prepare and distribute Daily Revenue Reports to management.
• Investigate and report revenue discrepancies, shortages, overages, or unusual transactions.
• Ensure proper recording of all revenue in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with Operations, Front-of-House, and Finance teams to resolve revenue-related issues.
• Support month-end closing by preparing revenue reconciliations and audit schedules.
• Maintain complete audit documentation for internal and external audits.

General Cashier

• Receive, verify, and count daily cash collections from all operating departments.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and ensure timely submission to the bank.
• Maintain custody of company cash, petty cash funds, and cash floats.
• Reconcile cash collections against sales reports and investigate any variances.
• Process petty cash reimbursements and maintain accurate petty cash records.
• Monitor cash float balances and arrange replenishments when required.
• Record all cash transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Ensure secure handling, storage, and transportation of cash.
• Maintain proper documentation for all cash receipts, deposits, and disbursements.
• Perform surprise cash counts as instructed by management.

Compliance \& Internal Controls

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, internal control procedures, and audit requirements.
• Adhere to Turkish tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Recommend improvements to strengthen revenue controls and cash management processes.
• Assist in implementing finance system enhancements and process improvements.

Pay: 50,000.00TRY - 65,000.00TRY per month
