We have an Immediate Opening Testing Lead with our reputed Client.

Role focus
- Owns the overall testing workstream, strategy, governance, readiness, and acceptance across migration waves.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the overall test strategy, master test plan, schedules, scope, entry/exit criteria, and governance.
- Coordinate Unit Testing, SIT, vendor integration, UAT, regression, performance/load, OAT, resilience, and DR testing.
- Estimate effort and allocate testing resources across migration waves.
- Define test standards, templates, metrics, dashboards, evidence requirements, and reporting cadence.
- Coordinate application owners, business users, infrastructure teams, vendors, security teams, and project management.
- Lead test-readiness reviews, defect triage,

- Lead test-readiness reviews, defect triage, risk assessment, escalation, and go/no-go recommendations.
- Monitor execution progress, coverage, pass rates, defect trends, performance results, and exit-criteria compliance.
- Ensure test data, environments, access, tools, dependencies, and supporting teams are ready.
- Obtain formal test completion and acceptance sign-off.
- Support cutover, command-centre activities, hypercare, knowledge transfer, and audit reviews.
Decision authority
- Accountable for test readiness, prioritisation, risk escalation, completion status, and test recommendation for migration approval.
Experience
- Typically 8–10+ years in software, infrastructure, migration, or operational testing, including 3–5 years leading test teams or major test workstreams.
Experience and skills
- Proven leadership of testing across large application or data-centre migration programmes.
- Strong knowledge of test governance, planning, estimation, risk management, defect management, and acceptance controls.
- Experience managing parallel test cycles and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, escalation, reporting, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with regulated banking environments and BNM RMiT, PDPA, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001 expectations.
- Strong understanding of SIT, UAT, OAT, performance, resilience, DR, regression, cutover, and hypercare.
- Experience with test-management, defect- tracking, reporting, and automation tools.
Preferred certifications
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager or equivalent.
- ISTQB Foundation Level.
- ITIL Foundation.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.
- Relevant cloud, security, performance-testing, or automation certification.
Primary deliverables
· Test strategy, master test plan, schedule, governance model, entry/exit criteria, dashboards, consolidated reports, risk and defect summaries, completion report, and sign-off pack.
