We have an Immediate Opening Senior Functional Solution Analyst – (Cards / Cardlink / LOS / Payment Domain required) with our reputed Client.

Experience: 5+ years

Job Summary:

· Drive product vision, gather and translate business requirements and ensure successful delivery of digital products and system enhancements.

· Work closely with business stakeholders, UX designers, engineering teams, and QA to define product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and ensure solutions meet business goals, customer needs, and regulatory expectations

Essential Responsibilities:-

· Min 6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role.

· Ability to immediately access and interpret requirements into initial solution options for initial gauge of build impact analysis

· Ability to proactively decide what is to be done next when faced with new requirements/technical challenges/changed requirements/defects etc and its impact to the product build and deliverables

· Above average understanding of core and fundamental tech stacks (frontend, backend, database, integration patterns, architecture principles etc) and ability to relate its capabilities to required solution for requirements

· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management practices.

· Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

· Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Experience using product and project tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Figma).

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Certifications:

· Product management certification (CSPO, PSPO, CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Technology Business or related fields.

· Experience in digital transformation, customer onboarding, digital onboarding, KYC/AML processes or workflow-based systems is preferred.

· Knowledge of UX/UI frameworks and customer journey mapping.

· Familiarity with API-based systems, microservices and modern application architectures.

· Experience in data modelling, reporting requirements or analytics is desired.

· Strong business acumen and customer-centered thinking.

· Ability to drive clarity and alignment across diverse stakeholders.

· Detail-oriented, structured, and strong in problem-solving.

· Ownership mindset with a bias for delivery and outcomes.

· Adaptability and comfort working with ambiguity.

Certificates:

· Product management certification (CSPO, PSPO, CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
