The successful candidate will be part of the wider mobile team operating out of our Dublin office, servicing our clients in the Dublin Region. The successful candidate will report into the Facilities Manager and will have a great opportunity to shape the future of our FM services in the mid-west of Ireland across several interesting business sectors.

Pay: €60,000.00 per year

Workplace: Dublin Contract type: Permanent contract Activity rate: 100% Entry date: To be agreed Publication date: 05/07/2026 Role responsibilities

  • Install, service, maintain, and repair gas boilers, heating systems, and gas appliances.
  • Carry out plumbing installations and repairs, including pipework, bathrooms, radiators, and hot water systems.
  • Diagnose faults and troubleshoot gas, heating, and plumbing issues.
  • Perform gas safety inspections, testing, and certification.
  • Complete preventative maintenance and emergency repair work.
  • Ensure all work complies with RGI regulations, Irish Standards, and health \& safety requirements.
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and certification documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs or maintenance requirements to clients.
  • Participate in on-call or emergency call-out rotas when required.
  • Ensure work requests are carried out on time and to a satisfactory level.
  • Coordinate subcontractors when required.

Qualifications:

  • Valid RGI (Registered Gas Installer) Certification.
  • Must hold Senior Trade Cert (Plumbing) or National Craft Cert
  • Minimum 5+ years post apprenticeship qualification experience

Role Requirements

  • Experience in gas boiler servicing, installations, and repairs
  • Strong knowledge of Irish gas safety regulations and plumbing standards.
  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Experienced in general plumbing maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
  • Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, and determining angles
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
  • Experience with welding is a plus
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication skills and Fluent English
