Human Resources Officer \| United Solar Holding
Support and grow a high-performing workforce in the renewable energy industry.
United Solar Holding is looking for an organised and people-focused Human Resources Officer to support recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and workforce development. You'll play a key role in creating a positive workplace while ensuring HR operations comply with company policies and Oman Labour Law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee inductions
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll administration, leave management, and employee benefits
- Respond to employee enquiries and assist with HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate performance reviews, training, and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Oman Labour Law and company policies
- Support visa, work permit, and government documentation processes
- Collaborate with managers to support workforce planning and employee engagement
Skills \& Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in human resources or HR administration
- Knowledge of Oman Labour Law and HR best practices
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems
- Experience recruiting technical or engineering professionals
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
