Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in 5-star hotel to join our team.

Ideal candidates should have:

• 6+ years of HR leadership experience in a 5-star luxury hotel
• Strong understanding of hotel operations
• Solid expertise in Learning & Development (L&D), training strategy, and workforce capability building
• Experience in driving organizational culture, employee engagement, and talent development
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Oasys, Oracle, and similar HR management systems
• Proven ability to oversee daily HR operations and provide accurate reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• GCC experience is highly preferred
• Arabic speaker is a plus
