We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in 5-star hotel to join our team.
Ideal candidates should have:
- 6+ years of HR leadership experience in a 5-star luxury hotel
- Strong understanding of hotel operations
- Solid expertise in Learning & Development (L&D), training strategy, and workforce capability building
- Experience in driving organizational culture, employee engagement, and talent development
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Oasys, Oracle, and similar HR management systems
- Proven ability to oversee daily HR operations and provide accurate reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- GCC experience is highly preferred
- Arabic speaker is a plus
