Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and manage all HR operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development while ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
- Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally
- Manage performance evaluation systems and staff development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Design and implement compensation and benefits structures

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as HR Director, HR Manager, or senior HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
