HSE Supervisor

Location: Pengerang Integrated Petroleum Complex (Johor)

We are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor / Safety Supervisor to oversee site safety management, compliance, and coordination. The candidate must hold a valid DOSH-registered Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book).

• Must possess DOSH-registered Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book) certificate
• Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English. Mandarin is an added advantage
• Basic First Aid and CPR Training is an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site safety experience
• Familiar with OSHA, FMA, DOSH regulations, and safety standards
• Able to work independently on site and coordinate effectively
• Responsible for daily site safety supervision and inspections
• Conduct site induction and toolbox meetings for workers
• Support accident investigation, corrective actions, and preventive plans
• Coordinate safety matters with construction teams, clients, and subcontractors
• Support safety audits and authority/consultant inspections

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
